I had purchased a nokia phone model no. E-90 & Serial No. 353660013127604 on 14-02. I had given it twice to nokia service centre but still its not working properly. Its been two months since its gone for repair to the service centre but i have got no clue about its whatsoever from the people concerned. I would like you to inform me about the set, its whereabouts and its condition immediately. Failing to do this from your part, i would have to go to the consumer court.
