CHEATED WARANTEE CARD FOR TWO YEARS REFUSESERVICED

I purchased Aquaguard Reviva on 07.09.2009.from Rabish Rai dealer moobile no 09810236750 Receipt no.020903.Sl.no6042543

He assured me and convinced that warrantee is for two years. On 25.02.2011 I made a complain no.84399427

and requested for service as it was producing sound. One Mr. Ashok kumar came on 26.02. 2011 and refused to do service, threatend that we should file case and charged heavily.

I request the management to tackle my problem and cheater be taken to task.

Company has already bad name and its rectification is solution.

Of course Criminal case can be filed if required.
