DATA CARD OR SIM NOT WORKING

We Purchase 3G usb modem (micromax) data card and sim from Airtel (Aircom

Solutions Pvt. Ltd) on 24/08, after activation the data card stopped working we have been making the payment every month I went to Relationship centre in R.T.nagar, later I was asked to go to Nandidurga Rd, there the executive tried all sorts of exercise to tell me that my sim works in his 2G card and my data is faulty, and he asked to contact 9845907070, when called I spoke to Mr. Pradeep he requested me to go to Adonics Electronics P.Ltd, Rajajinagar, Bangalore and he also gave me address and contact nos, the contact (57668880 and 3092338) which he gave are wrong and again I called 9845907070, a lady executive by name Shilpi asked me to check this no. 41343000, 30928265 & 25210223) the 2nd and 3rd does not exist at all, the first no is always busy.

I am surprised to know, a listed company like Airtel does not have a proper contact no in their list nor it has provided Data card service center in their website.

No wonder people go mad behind Airtel, I spite of people making the monthly bill payment, we should go behind these people to get our service.
