SAMSUNG/Cam Corder VT-D353i
Non availability of deck of my model as said by SAMSUNG Kolkata scervice centre, Lee Road

I have Samsung camcorder that shows a problem when playing a recorded tape such as green lines showing horizontally on the LCD screen but at the recording time it display normal picture and some tome the Deck not work properly. Identifying this I have visited the company's service center at Lee Road, Kolkata, WestBengal, India. They have suggest, it needs a change of lance at the same time the Deck have to be change, which I agreed but then they said it is impossible to have the spare parts of that old products, so my question is that what I should do whether I should throw it out of the window or Company have a minimum responsibility to the customer.
