IFB NAPTUNE DISHWASHER
POOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I have bought IFB Dishwasher some time back. I have been using it for last 3 months only . suddenly last week it stopped working. I had put in a complaint at companie's call center (ticket no 3101797). An engineer came next day. He did not knew much about the product. He wanted to cheat by replacing the running motor by a one he had brought with him and asking exorbitant amout for that. I had asked him to go back. as I think he was not competent to repair. So bad product followed by bad service
