Water Header Not workin Finde

We would like to inform you that, we bought water heater on 11.10.2009 in Walaja electronics. It is three years guaranette, in the regard we called to this shop and shop dealer says you may call to head of i.e. elac excel. So, we have call to head office but the response was not satisfied. They say we can not do

FYI, the water heater failed on 25 days before. I have mentioned the details below.
