Washing machine not been repaired

We have an Electrolux Front Loading machine. However, the water has been leaking from the machine during the last part of the rinse cycle.

In spite of repeated complaints to the helpline, there has been no response from the company. I was referred to the Technical Head, Mr. Shamim who has been promising that he will send a technician to solve the problem. However, not only has he failed to send anyone, he is refusing to even accept my phone calls. Our complaint no is mum1712100051.
