Crack in Glass plate

I have bought ELectrolux convection microwave oven model EK23CBS4-MMZ in Dec. During usage only 1st time on convection mode the glass plate got automatically cracked, when i called up service centre they said glass plate is not covered under warranty so I have to buy new Glass plate, but it was clear that Glass plate has cracked in 1 st time only bcoz of its poor quality as it was not able to take heat.

When i asked them that it is poor quality of plate then why i have to bear the cost of it they said to contact their Regional ASM Mr Vinay mobile no 974863885 to resolve this problem but to my surprise he never reply any calls & even their service centre said our ASM never takes any call so only way is to buy new plate at Fix MRP only otherwise Microwave oven will not work. I have never seen such poorest quality & response from any other electronics firm Like Electrolux. I hope some senior person will resolve my complaint as your service managers dont believe in taking customer calls.
