POOR MOBILE OFFICE & ROUGH 121

My (919970979909) MOBILE OFFICE is DEFECTIVE from 18/08. In these 8 days I can't use this service

GPRS (Maharashtra).

Several Times I had called 121 Customer Care/

Customer Problematic Service. Calling to 121-414

(Technical Department), Everytime answer is within

4 Hours I can use my MOBILE OFFICE. Within 8 days 121's 4 HOURS are not finished to work 1 Minute with MOBILE OFFICE.

Rough answers are given from 121. One Operater said 'Dont Talk ANGRILY, I will disconnect the Call and He DISCONNECTED.

Within 8 days I am not able to work on MOBILE OFFICE

& AirTel is Looting Rs. 11.99 DAILY REGULARLY. Upto TODAY my Rs. 100/- are LOOTED WITHOUT giving ME MOBILE OFFICE Service.
