Extra cooling in ice chamber but no cooling in vegetable chambe

I'm from Dehradun- Since last year 2008 our fridge 270 Lts (electrolux-Kelvinator 2004) was not working - cooling not functioning properly, coling in the upper i.e (ice chamber) have extra heavy cooling, but there is no cooling in the bottom (vegetable chamber) complaint filed with customer service number of time, - biometer/timer (as told by the service centre) was replaced & we paid the price whatsoever, some other part was also changed on cost but fridge is still in same condition, not working properly, every one month or more the the fridge shows the same problem. This is happening from last year. VERY INTERESTING: This summer one of the technical engineer from the service center (who attended the call, gave a suggestion to sell the fridge to someone else stating that the problem cannot be sorted out. But i want to know, is there anyone who will purchase my old (above stated) refigerator? Due to avoiding daily tensions at home, we have bought a new refigerator this summer naturally of some other make. Shame on a company like Electrolux. We will never recommend nor will I purchase any of your products again.
