Dear sir,

I have purchased an Electrolux Microwave on 16 Nov from R Super, G Noida.

On Oct it stopped working. I have register a complaint at Customer care vide compliant no. Plkw151011007 dt Oct. After many reminders an engineer visited and inspected. He has told that its transformer got defective it need to be replaced. After few days I have called him for defect rectification. He told that new transformer demand has been raise to company and will install soon it received.

After few day I contacted the C Care to resolve the issue but no result achieved. I have make at least 500 calls to C Care, every time they gave assurance to resolve the issue but not yet happened. From last 45 days I have asking to provide mail id and contact details of higher officials but they have not connect not given the contact details.

Now I totally harassed and no other way left except going to Consumer court. It has almost 4 months over but they not provide any support.

So I am requesting you to look in to matter and suggest furthe
