Dear Sir,

I was purchase a Electrolux Microwave Owen [Bill No. 02939, Serial No 211009301501501607, Model No. ] from "NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD" R MALL, MULUND [WEST], MUMBAI - 400080 on 20.06. but at that time product was defected and the Owen door was broken. I was complaining so many times to "NEXT" and "Electolux" [Comp. No. UM2106100485] but I didn’t receive any satisfied reply for the same, every time they said we don’t have new door so we can’t help you for the same. It was very bad experience and I feel like the shop and company cheated to me. I would like to request you kindly look in to the matter and reply accordingly as soon as possible.
