Mechanic cheated took Rs. 1000/- did nothing repair

I complained about my refrigerator to Videocon Service center which was not working. Santosh his mobile number is 09819679997 came from Tech services and attended it. He did something with refrigerator and took Rs. 1000/- from me. However, on very next day I found my refrigerator dead again. I called him his phone number but he didnt come again.

I lost my 1000/- rs without any reason. When I casually asked Santosh about his technical qualifications he said: he has not taken any technical qualifications from any institute.

Videocon is playing with customers. They are fooling people like any thing. If they cant give proper service and their people are foolling customers its better not buy their products.
