Subject: complaint about nonfunctioning of cooling system in refrigerator.

With reference to above, I have to inform that I have purchased 245 FF OZONE LUXURY model refrigerator from M/S R K DISTIBUTAROS, Ruturaj complex, opposite A V School near crescent circle, Bhavnagar-360001 Gujarat on 16/06. At the time of purchase of refrigerator, I was living in Bhavnagar at following address:-plot no 2216-I, Hill drive, Talaja road, near sanskar mandal, Bhavnagar-364002, Gujarat.

Since 7th June cooling system has failed in my refrigerator. When we switch on digital clock is functioning & bulb is also in working condition but cooling system doesn’t work at all. I have lodged complaint through local dealer and on 12th June one mechanic also visited my home and checked refrigerator and told me that some part is required to be replaced for which already indented to company and since then there is no response and this has created great inconvenience to me in this unbearable summer and entire food, vegetable etc. preserved in refrigerator is wasted.

I humbly request to depute technician immediately. Nearest service station of the company to my town is situated at Rajkot, Gujarat state.
