Electrolux semi automatic machine
Machine not working since one month

Sir,

I, Jyotsna Srivastava, want to inform you that my washing machine is not working since 12th July. My drain selector is not working. I complained to the customer care several times. Service engineer came to home and took the drain selector out from the machine and told that the part is not available in the company. So, it might take 1 week to find out the part.

But now 1 month is over he did'nt came back. In between, my washtub also stopped working. Regarding this, I complained to authorised dealer 'ALLIED ELECTRONICS H140A, DILSHAD GARDEN, DELHI, ' on 6th August. Again one service engineer came from the company with some part which was not useful. Again he told the same. Now, neither dealer is listning nor customer care. Every day they say that an engineer will come but nobody comes. My machine is under warrenty and AMC. AMC no. is 034107. They wasted 1 month of AMC period of my machine.

I'll be very greatful to you for taking action against company.
