Fraud vendor details provided by Just Dial

On my query for contact nos. of Authorised Service Centre of Whirlpool Refrigerator in Dwarka area, I was given mobile no. of 9718814116 by Just Dial Service of Delhi on 09/03.

Subsequently, I called up on mob. no. 9718814116 & two persons came to my home the same day itself. I was informed that my refrigerator is having some major problems and it is better to take 03 years AMC. Next day I again contacted them on the same mobile no. & have taken 03 years AMC for my whirlpool refrigerator vide cash receipt no.3522 dated 11/03 for Rs. 3515/- (Rs. 3, 265/- is the AMC charge and Rs. 250/- service charge).

They have given me the invoice in the name of "Electro Vision Tech" saying that it is the Refrigerator Division of Whirlpool. Since I have got the no. through “Just Dial Services”, I do not felt anything wrong.

After two days, my refrigerator become non-functional & I contacted them on the given no. First, I was told that the engineer will visit my place within 1 hour.

When I informed them that I have already taken their contract for a period of 03 years, the tune of the person who picked up the phone changed. He told me that he is from “Anita Electronics” & no one from their service centre either visited my place nor collected any payment from my home.

When I realized that I got cheated, I contacted them on 9718814116 through different phones and each time I was told name of their service centre differently like “Super Vision”, “Sahai Electronics”, “Electronics Care” etc. etc.,

I took up the matter with “Just Dial”. But, unfortunately, they were least bothered to respond to any of my mails. Whenever I contacted them on phone, I was assured that my problem will be resolved by them “within 48 hours time”. But, Still I do not know when this 48 hours end?

I believe, “Just Dial” still providing mob. No 9718814116 to the innocent customers who are asking for the Authorised Service Centre of Whirlpool & thus cheating more and more customers day by day.

I want to take a serious action against “Just Dial” for providing fraud contacts to the public as well to the fraud service centre who registered with them with mob no. 9718814116
