I purchased an elicia Chimney and Hob Last year from Nobel Enterprises. Those crooks disappered after delivering the product.despite repeated calls to come and install it, noone did it. evetually we were sent someone from divine enterprises to do the installation. Since that date noone is reachable by phone. Looks like all these shops have closed down. I have issues with the burners chipping of and the rubber bands beneath the knobs degrading. Toll Free number 18002330007 is crap..Noone picks up the call.

I have sent emails to Customer care and noone has responded till date. Has this company left India?

Suction is no longer working. I tried to contact someone to clean it. But in vain. I tried to clean the insides of the chimney and I bruised myself badly. I would like to sue thus company for the services they are providing.
