Emartindia.in/Magic Stone wet grinder
After successfull payment product not received 3 months

Sub: non delivery of magic stone grinder.

I purchased online the following item which has not received till date (3 months).

order no: emt 1150981

order value : 3440.00

date : 02.02.2012

payment – made by cheque no. 0003754 dated 24.02.2012 for rs. 2690.00 and rs.2500 (videocon voucher)

1) as per the order status of emartindia, it was assured that the above goods will

be delivered in 10 days from the date of receipt of payment.

But they failed to deliver the goods in time I.E. Within 10 days of the date of receipt of payment.

2) also, there is no response from the customer for the enquired made to for the above goods (copy attached).

I have made several enquiries to customer service but nobody is

answering favorably. Every time I am enquiring, I am being told that since last 1 month that the goods will be delivered

within 10 days.

It seems that e-mart india is not interested to deliver the goods for

which I have made the payment as per the terms and conditions.
