Mantra Wet Grinder
Poor product

Mantra table top wet grinder is the worst ever grinder i have used in my life. though they give 5 years warranty, the grinder did not work properly in the 2nd year itself. after many struggles we located the service centre. the service mechanic said that the motor has to be replaced and added that we have to pay 1800 because it is not covered by the warranty. we did that and still it wasn't working. when we tried calling them again it was after 3 months that another person came and said that there was no fault and that i do not know how to grind and that if i gave him the soaked rice he would do it in 15 minutes flat. Now do they expect me to call them every time i had grind rice, so that their mechanic would come and do it? Or will they start a training program for all the customers who buy their product on how to grind dosa batter?

Worst product, worst after sale service, the most impolite service persons and a completely irresponsible superior officers, Beware all the consumers out there if you are going to buy Mantra wet grinder, my friendly advice is please buy wet batter from a supermarket near by, will definitely save your money, headache and unnecessary bantering with a bunch of good for nothing people!!!
