Non delivery on mobile handset

Sir/Madam

I had placed an order for mobile handset e-phone BOSS-3300 under home delivery against cash payment which was confirmed on my cell phone vide sms from your end on 09/04 mentioning order no. 281854. It was also mentioned in the sms that your product will be delivered within 05 days.

It is deeply regretted that no delivery has been received till date. My present hand set is not in working condition and I am not in position to wait furthur for the delevery.

You are therefore requested to deliver my handset latest by 20/04 otherwise cancelled my order with immidiate effect.
