Hi, this is kavita sawant from city of mumbai. we had bought your product ephone boss 3300 by 27/01. When we received product, we got to know that headphone was defective. it was not responding to mobile phone. we have been contacting to customer care executive since 28/01 but nobody was responding well with us. After so many calls, I registered my complaint by varsh & priti (your executive). Complaint no. is 39115. They are promising us since 01/2 that you will be getting the same by next week but till date we have not received the same. I need to ask your management that is this right way of your service or woking. Why r u doing unfair with customers? If you peoples are doing like that, then nobody will buy your product online.
Kindly advise will i get new headphone or not?
