my complain is against ONLINE INDIATIMES SHOPPING THOUGH READERS CHOICE.i ordered an e phone through india times readers offer costing Rs 9999 i made my payment by through credit card an waited eagerlyfor the mobille to be delivered at my office... after waiting for some days i recieved a parcel i opened it n was shocked to see the mobile it was 3rd class china mobile the cost of which may be around Rs 3000 apprx.whose is reallyvery bad in all its applications neither it touch screen works nor it has any battery back up. i made my complaint after rieciving..its going to be a mnth now but no action has taken place... if we call no body picks the phone .now what shall we do? all i can say we have been betrayed by INDIA TIMES SHOPPING...
