Vegetable and ice tray broken

Dear sir,

using electrolux refrigerator since more than 6 years. have repeatedly ordered for vegetable tray and ice tray to ur local customer care office (dealer)- S.S.Services. but we haven't received the same till yet. on follow ups it is been told that the lacks the stock. want to know what kind of products r u selling when u r unable to supply with the parts??? kindly let me know whether u r capable in supplying of the same or just false promises r been given.
