I purchase ESPRIT watch on june at rupees 7000, from shopper stop goregoan west, exactly after one year in first rain there was i see a water in my watch when i contact to esprit shop 30th june they told me to drop your watch will do the servicing and return you without any charges because it is under two year international warranty, exactly after 10 day when i contact them they told me there is part missing from your watch for that you have to pay 300rs. i m shocked how parts can miss from watch and watch is working till one year.when i contact mr. deepak who is owner of EGANAI INDIA deler of ESPRIT INDIA he told me some other story that because of watch is not get service from one year it get jam and bacause of that key is broken.

when i told them this is not my fault mr. deepak clearly told me that this is not in warrenty and you have to pay 300rs.

now i want answer from company why your person not told me that you service your watch every in six month now who is responsible for that.

My request is very simple i don't want any watch i want my money back
