Defective technology in water purifiers

Technology in Water purifiers (Reviva model) seems to be defective. During 'flush', water enters 'pure water storage tank' thus contaminates filtered water. Actually all water must drain out during flush. Moreover, so called 'filtered water' fills in storage tank in just 20 minutes instead of 1 hour written in the manual of this company. This means that filtration is also not perfect.

I have complained 50 times since its installation on 22.11.09, but no rectification till date. My invoice/order no. is 222006249 dt 17..11.09.

I suggest not to purchase such defective water purifiers. These will cause water borne diseases even to healthy person.
