Poor Service and Bad Product

ONIDA A/C purchased on April. It took 5 days for the technician to visit and install the A/C. Within 2 weeks it failed to provide cooling as mercury soared to 45 degrees and started misbehaving. Complained for service on 13th May at 10 AM but no service till this minute on 16th may 8:PM.
Complained to their service number and service managers. No Luck. Only God should Save the ONIDA Customers.
