Eureka Forbes: None attended compalint

My Eureka forbes Aquasure Elegent RO (Which is under Warranty period) is not working since last two days. Upon my various requests to repair it upon call center no.(80-39883333) i only got fake assurance of getting it served within a day time.

at the end of the every day i am again given another date (tomorrow). Its really irritating, amounts to deficiency in service, is not expected as after sales service. On the basis of fake promises (whole day) i could not arrange alternate solution of drinking water for me and family. Now it looks a very bad experience with Eureka Forbes.

This is critical and has not been resolved yet.
