Balance advance amount

I had paid INR 7000/- as advance for an airpurifier from eureka forbes and the receipt number for same is 05575 after two weeks of continous followup they have returned 5000/- of my advance amount and balance INR - is still pending. i have registered formal complaint by calling their helpdesk number and also asked for a call back from the manager. But they are very arrogant and espcecially the sales representative who booked my order by coming to my home is not even picking my calls sales representative name is jayaram and his cell number is 918147726625 please help me to get my balance amount back.
