Unsatisfied with service

Respected Sir,

I am a regular customer of your company but when i gone to the nokia care for my problem regarding my phone they taken my cell and given the job sheet and said you will be informed and later they said that your cell is going for the L3 stage in Delhi but in the next 2 days they they said your cell is ok after 1 month later again i faced same problem in my phone and i submitted my cell to nokia care at 5.pm and next day they called at 10.am and said your cell is been repaired, but im not satisfied with the service which they have given so please submit my complaint and take proper action.
