Complaint not attended

A complaint with regard to fault in the functioning of Aqua Guard - Aqua flow water purifier was lodged on 28.06.2011 vide request no 0062735022 and it was told that the same would be attended within 24 hrs. Till date the same is not attended. I was told by the Eureka Forbes call centre to call on 28706671 for escalation of complaints. On calling, Mr Ramchandra didnot cooperate and didnot attend to the complaint. This is not the first instance of lapse in after sales service provided by Eureka Forbes. Pl look into the matter and take necessary action and get my complaint attended urgently. My cust no is 1006173681.
