Eureka forbes robocleanz vaccum cleaner
Non functioning of product

Dear sir/madam,

we had purchased a eurekaforbes robocleanz on 31st march.

Since last 3 months the above machine is not working properly. First its charger pin had come-off. After many calls an executive asked us to bring it to service centre or else we had to pay Rs.250 as service charges. When i said I am not paying a single paisa as it is under warranty and it is not mentioned in the warranty terms, and if I HAVE TO PAY i will sue them in consumer redressal forum, he came and took the machine. The same day evening he brought back the charger and machine. On observation I could see that the charging pin was stuck using super glue. After he brought back the machine, it has become too slow and does not clean at all. It just moves without doing any work.

Is this the quality of products and the quality of service we get from Eureka forbes, so called very consumer friendly company. If my machine is not replaced immediatly I am approaching the consumer forum. I have 3 advocates at home and it is not a big issue to go consumer forum.

I am calling up the Mysore branch manager Mr. ManojChalke every day and I am getting a non committal and non serious reply every day.
