I purchased eureka forbes vaccum cleaner from a salesman, he has given the machine and said bill will given in few days, He left the job if i call my city customer care person he says, you didnt buy from us. And now it has a prob and body has to bereplaced.
i have registered a complaint through eureka forbes online. there was no response till 4 months, later i took machine to service station they said they need 15 days time. after 20days there was no response and when i call them they a re very arrogant and rude.
BLADY COMPANY they roam around houses to sell, But we have roam around them at the time of service. bullshit...
