NO BILL/ NO GUARANTEE CARD/NO CONTACT NO

SIR,

One person named Deepak Wadhwa saying Branch Manager of Eureka Forbs at Panipat supplied one R.O.(auqaguard R O Reviva) at my home 47, kartar shah nagar, panipat on 30/03. As per Mr. Wadhwa -four free service coupons, one guarantee card and bill will be delivered at my home

He issued one receipt No. 210/009448 with code no. 9022978.

One cheque of sbi panipat for Rs. 9990/- dt 30/03/10 issued as payment.

But still after one month I have not received any bill from company, no free service coupons and no guarantee card.

On the receipt given by Mr. Wadhwa - the address is 42, sukhdev nagar panipat. But as per our information there is no office of eureka forbs at that place.
