False promise and delay in returning money

I have purchased water purifier from Eureka Forbs in during the time of purchase company gave me rs 1000 off for the old water purifier. The old purifier was not with me at the time of purchase so the salesman of Eureka Forbs Bhandup office came and took cash rs 1000 from me telling me false stories as if he will not give rs 1000 to his office his job will be terminated. He also promised me to return the money the day i will give him old water purifier. I have been chasing them for last one year for this money but in vain . there is no one to take responsibility ans answer me on this issue. Mr. Rohit Kusha was very arrogant and abused me over phone when i asked for my money back. Pls someone help me to resolve the issue. Its not only about money but about taking consumers for granted.
