The water container of my RO systems has been leaking profusely since last three weeks. I made complaint to Eureka Forbs helpline on May 11. I was given a complain number: 0058057139. My customer ID number is 1003812400. I was told that within follwoing twenty four hours the probelsm will be rectified. Since then no one has from Eureka Forbs showed even a curtsy to call me back let me know what is the reaosn of delay in rectifying the problem whereas I have been asking for an update regularly. But in vein.
