Euro Clean Vacuum cleaner
Product is not working perfectly

I have purchased a Vacuum cleaner X- Force vide bill no. 018742 dated 21 April. The product is not working perfectly for that I have contacted to Mr Pawan Kumar telephonicly several times for the last one month but till date no body has visited for rectification of the problem. I am only getting assurance for the last one month that the problem will be rectified very soon by Mr Pawan Kumar.
