Eurofab crown water purifier
Functionimg problem

I had purchased one Eurofab Crown from

Sriram Enterprises, Parkstreet, Berhampur, Orissa on

16.11.2009.Since purchase of the purifier i am getting mental tension

as it never function properly even for a week. Every week i have to contact

for a problem, and it takes 2/3 days to solve the problem. As a result

purchase of purifier has no value to me.

Please take necessary steps to sort out the problem, other wise make

refund my money paid towards the purifier, so that i can buy another

brand as used by my neighbour's without any problem since installation.

The problems are:-

=>purified water flow shutdown days togather

=>body of purifier vibrates and sound several occasion

=>hardness of water varies from time to time
