Unwinding of wire

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i had purchase a vaccum cleaner on 19/7 from Croma and am having a tough time using it coz the wire get wond up itself without me having to press the winding lever. I gave it for servicing at your dealer at Dahisar (W) Blue Shelter Kandarpada but got it back in a worse condition. The winding problem is the same, the lid does not close properly and so on and so forth. In the month of May i had a dealer come to exchange my water purifier for a better one and he told me that i should have purchsed the product (vaccum cleaner) from the company itself and not thru' any mall. I would like to know that then why does your product reach the malls if they are defective? Everytime i use your product i curse myself for buying this product and i assure you that i wlll not let any of my friends or fly buy any of your products henceforth. I will be writing to the consumer grievance cell too. I an not asking for any discount or compensation, i just want my moneys worth when i buy a product from such a reputed company where your name is well known to many households.
