No replacement Under Guarantee Period

Dear Sir,

I purchased one battery (EXIDE) CS7-12 sr. no. 4WB 809928 from M/s AMBIKA ENTERPRISES, 54 CIVIL LINES, OPP. S.V. INTER COLLEGE, BAREILLY (U.P.) 243001 IN Jan 15.From the first day it was not working properly.not fully charged. and with in one week battery not charging by UPS. i told to dealer, he recharged Battery by Inverter Charging On Heavy Current and told the battery is OK but he is lie. The Dealer feedback is verry BAD. after 2days i complent to dealer them he talk me bad-language. and not replacing. i request to u plz. replace my battery. and take action on Dealer.
