Attery not returned yet complain no. NUHO0020961 date 25/12 today date 23/012

We had bought an inverter battery (inva red 500, Serial no 7632/IP) from your dealer BESCO SERVISES, Behind Bhikha Ji Kama Place New Delhi vide bill N0/182 28/07 .The deciesion to pay much higher prices for Exide were based on assumption of service back up and credibility of Brand.

Battery had been giving problem and finally stopped working when it was picked up by the dealer for till now they are processing for solve the problem..

"Ever since daily calls no result as dealer says Exide Co. has not retured the battery yet" "No replacement battery could be given by him as said co does not provide this.

Despite regular power cuts and ongoing final exams of my two kids" we are living with this.
