Nonissiuance of warranty card of replaced battery

On 18-12 I purchased an exide invatubular battery bearing sr. no . 82864 from a shop at Srinagar running under two heads i, e J.K. Stationers / Kashmir Motors M.A. Road Srinagar kashmir. The backup of the battery got reduced to more than 50% before the completion of one year which was under warranty period of 3 years .on approaching the said shop i was giuded to exide service station who declared the battery to be replaced. Any way after lot of efforts & lot of time consuming I managed to replace the baterry by another with sr. no 05947 which did not appear me to be the brand new one & was charged Rs. 400 as charging charges when asked for the warrany card it was not given to me for the replaced battery. sokindly guide me.
