INEFFICIENT SERVICE

I brought a Faber Chimney on 5th Nov. Faber promises to install such appliances within 24 hours, but even after waiting for 4 days, I'm not getting any satisfactory response from service center. Every time I got just assurances for a quick service which were no more than lame excuses.

After continuously bugging the technician since then he promised to come at 12:00pm and then come at 7:00pm and started demanding unusual charge. Such treatments hit customer belief and bring a bad name to Faber's repute. Please look into this and try to get my chimney installation ASAP.
