I bought Faber hob and chimney in June the day I installed it my chimney was making exceptionally high noise and my auto ignitions for two nobs was not working. I complaint about that, technician came and he fixed the auto ignition and said chimney in starting makes noise and over a time it will get corrected. Soon after few days again my hob auto ignition stopped working, I again called customer care and technician gave temporary fix.

I am really irritated with Faber quality and service and I am continuously asking for replacement of my both products but there is no response from there side. I am definitely going to file consumer complaint.

Never ever buy any product from Faber they have worst quality and service in India.
