Cook top is defected

FABER is very Bad company. And one of the famous dealer/Showroom LOTUS in Indore is worst then FABER. They gave defacted 3 burner cook top/ stove with purchase of Chimany.

The burner rings are not good, there rubber are of low quality which get loose on heating. And burner also does not work properly.

Inspite of folowing since 5 months they are not ready to change it. And now when we sent back the product they are sitting on it since a month. We dont have extra stove and we are in great trouble due to these useless people.
