Urner replacement

I purchased three burner cooktop of Faber make. within a year of warranty medium size burner got shrunk. This was got replaced from the company on repeated calls. After one year (lapse of warranty), medium and large size burners got shrunk. The compliant was lodged about 5months back with the ludhiana service centre. After repeated calls and visit to the centre I failed to receive any replacement for the burners. Rather I was told that burners will be replaced when received from the co. Due to non usable conditiion of the burners I was foced to buy a new gas stove. This way I suffered a loss of Rs.10, 000/- (5, 500/-new stove 4500/- Faber stove).

While buying A Faber product I never thoght of so much harasment from the company.
