Fake items sold

I ordered a Tricaon dinner Set on 2nd Feb. I got the delivery in 6 days. I started using the new dinner set from 20th Feb. Not even a month completed one of the small bowl made of steel cracked. I was amazed to see how can a steel utensil crack since I have other utensils absolutely fine from last 15 years.

When I called the customer service they said the items can only be returned in 3 days of the delivery. I told them if the item has broken after 1 month of delivery it is not my fault. Had it been Glass or plastic I would have never complained. But it is suppose to be steel which I believe it is not and that is why it broke.

They should atleast give guarantee if I am spending 4000 bucks.
