CHEATING

I had placed a order # 11191 for G'five U505, 2.0 Mp Camera, Dual SimX 1 mobile handset on 03.05.2011 with a promised delivery within 2 weeks. The product was not delivered within the specified time. On repeated reminders, I was told that it would take 10 more days for delivery. It was not acceptable to me. I requested them to cancel the order & refund the money. They delayed the cancellation till 1 more week, & did so on repeated reminders after a week. I feel cheated coz i understand the company wanted to earn more profits in the downward price dynamic mobile handset market. Else there is no other reason for extending the delivery of a mobile handset over a month. They have parked my money for 3 weeks in their account by late delivery & late cancellation. I request the other users not to fall prey to these tactics of fetise.com
