Defective product

Our 455 Litre FF refrigerator was bought from Nutan Electronics in Dilshad garden, Shahdara in Dec. The first piece which was delivered had the inside of the front door broken. Luckily we could notice it and we told the dealer to replace it. We refused the offer by the dealer to change the door.

The second replacement piece arrived and we were ready to check it thoroughly. The side of the fridge was smashed in and had caved in. How can such a gamaged piece be delivered to a customer? There was no dmage to outer packing. Dealer had to agree to change this also.

Third piece arrived after a week and finally nothing was wrong with that. But no Engineer would come for nstallation. The Dealer would say that he has rung up and some one will come soon. Even after four months no demo was done. But we will repeatedly get calls to buy stabilser, stand etc etc. Our repeated request to send an engineer for demo only went into deaf years.

Finally in April an engineer arrived on our compalint for demo.

Customer care in whirlpool is pathetic. Everyone wants to sell accessories to customers. No one bothers about the customer after a product is sold.
