No battery back up

I ve purchased nokia mobile 5130. on 25/10/10. no battery back up in my mobile. no auto up date time and date. after every call screen display white for 10sec. ive given my mobile so many times to nokia care. for repairing. again the same problem remain.now also my mobile s in nokia care only' for verification 1. mobile no IMEI. 353761040694531. THEN job sheet no 1.333465550/101208/19. 2nd jobsheet no 333465550/101224/47. complain no s 1-11382068581 .service no 1-11401144923. my latest jobsheet no .333465550/110106/46. so please take my complaint seriously make for me favarable. i want replace my mobile. daily i am calling nokia care and saying my problems. but no use . i ve spent more money to this problem. no use. thank u.
