Flipkart/ Symphony Air Cooler
Defective Air Cooler from Flipkart

I ordered Symphony Air Cooler (Diet Tower Cooler 22T) (Order ID: OD20521010812) from Flipkart.com.

They sent a defective Air Cooler and right from the Day 1 the cooler's cooling is not working at all.

I reported this to Flipkart Customer care multiple times but they just gave false commitments that

they will be sending a mechanic to solve this issue very soon.

I know that they are trying to pass one month duration for replacement and then they will say

that they cannot help on this.

I would suggest no one should buy any product from Flipkart, else they will suffer very badly.
